So I will retire at 59 with pension. But dealing with occasional bratty kids, time constraints, and politics. I hate making career decisions. Whats your opinion?

It seems that new loan agents are struggling, but the experienced agents are still consistantly bringing in 4 or 5 deals a month. The most common answer that I get is to go get realtor referrals, but it seems like all the established realtors already have a lender they deal with.

What stratagies are used to get a young professional like myself to be able to close at least 1 or 2 deals a month?
